Producer note: Cécile Tremblay told me that the conversion of her vineyard to organic farming is now complete and they are certified as such. She describes 2014 as having a “relatively easy growing season
Tasting note: There is lovely verve and freshness to the incredibly rich and enveloping medium-bodied flavors that also completely coat the palate with sappy dry extract, all wrapped in a dusty, intense, tight and very seriously finish that delivers sneaky good length. This isn’t quite as complex as the Chapelle, at least not yet, though it may very well match it in time. This too is seriously good.
